alkoraplus.com and the ALKORA+ brand are owned by MARGIN INTERNATIONAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States of America.

For the European Union and the European Economic Area, ALKORA+ products are distributed under license by Hofburg Group s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company (IČO 27404072 · VAT CZ27404072), registered office at Máchova 439/27, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. Hofburg Group s.r.o. is the responsible economic operator for EU/EEA sales and the counterparty for all EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal, statutory warranty, return, refund).

By submitting your email address through the "Reserve via email" button you ask us to:

• notify you about the launch of ALKORA+;
• grant you priority access as a "founding member" with reserved pricing tiers (subject to availability and to the order of registration);
• send you periodic updates about the brand, the formulation, and the launch timeline.

Subscription is free. You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to waitlist@alkoraplus.com or to privacy@alkoraplus.com.

The waitlist confers no contractual right to purchase. Pricing, availability, batch quantities, shipping countries, and launch dates may change. We commit only to good-faith communication with subscribers and to honoring the founding-member price tier at the time you actually place your future order (if any), provided you confirm purchase within the windows we will announce.

Health and regulatory disclaimer

ALKORA+ is a food supplement. Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Information published on alkoraplus.com — including ingredient histories, traditional uses, and references to phytotherapy and Mediterranean medicine — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Plant histories and ethnobotanical sources do not constitute medical advice.

Health claims on the future product will conform to EU Regulation 1924/2006 and 432/2012, and where applicable to the relevant national legislation of each market we serve. The trademark "ALKORA+" is the subject of pending and granted registrations in multiple jurisdictions.

You may quote brief excerpts for press, review, and academic purposes with attribution. Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, framing, scraping, training of artificial intelligence models, commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses to the waitlist;
• attempt to compromise the security of the website or its hosting;
• use automated tools to harvest content or registration data;
• impersonate the brand or any of its representatives;
• use the website in any way that violates applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

alkoraplus.com is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARGIN International LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including, for EU consumers, statutory consumer rights).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to you under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the competent court of the jurisdiction recognized by mandatory law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms — particularly upon the activation of e-commerce, addition of new features, or changes in applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
